These are bonds which are not classified within the other sections of  bonds . Some of  these  bonds  are  required  by law  and  are conditioned  by  statue,  ordinance  or  regulation. Others may  be required by public or private obligees with their own conditions set out  by  those obligees. Most  of  these involve payment of money and  many  are  forfeiture  type  obligations.  

These  include  Lost Securities  bonds,  ARC  bonds,  Depository bonds, Lease bonds, Concessionaires  bonds  or Bonds  of Indemnity. Since these are the most hazardous of all bonds, these are underwritten thoroughly and  require a full understanding of the obligation required.
